Location edits cannot delete a location that still has desks or assigned meeting rooms, and every desk entry must belong to a location that has already been saved.

The workflow chooses a desk label and a UTC date and time window, then shows the current weekly reservation state. If an active reservation overlaps the requested window, the server rejects it with a 409 conflict instead of creating a duplicate.

Meeting-room inventory and booking are authenticated, admin-scoped dashboard features. An admin can assign a room to a configured location, review room inventory and upcoming bookings, and create a booking with a room, title, attendee count, and start and end times. An overlapping booking returns a conflict with a suggested next slot rather than silently double-booking the room.

A supply record tracks its office, current quantity, and refill threshold; quantities at or below that threshold are marked for attention, with the interface surfacing low or out statuses according to the route contract. Subscription checkout requires an authenticated account. The fixed plan is Rookthread AI office manager at $99 per office per month; the server rejects client-supplied pricing and blocks checkout when a local subscription is already active. Rookthread redirects you to Stripe-hosted checkout, while logged-out visitors are sent toward sign-in or account creation. After checkout, the success flow polls before marking the subscription active, so provider errors, price mismatches, a missing payment, cancellation, or a confirmation timeout can still leave checkout unconfirmed and require another check.
